Okay, so I mentioned that I've started the Mish Bridges12 Week Body Transmogrification Online Course and Lifestyle Plan. The forums over there are just going fucking bananas with new people posting, so you know it's popular. I'm not really sure where I should be going or what I should be doing there, so I'll just wait for more instructions from the Almighty Mish.
Fortunately I'm coming into the program with a good friend, so I don't need to wade through the masses to try and find Mr Right (for working out with). I'm seeing a lot of "single" people from my area join up, particularly some older people that are doing this whole exercise thing for the first time. I just want to hug them all and be their workout partner and whisper in their ear "shhh, it's okay, it will all be okay". But I think the logistics would be nightmarish.
I'm thinking salad for lunch today. I've got my gym appraisal tomorrow morning, so if I start eating healthy now, I should be fit by tomorrow morning?
